Hi this is a very common problem with all flip and slide phones and even laptops and notebooks, the problem is to do with the data ribbon that connects the screen to the circuit board in the bottom of the phone.
now inside this ribbon are several single strand copper wires and over time open and closing the phone causes these to break and you then lose the connection with the screen.

as this is such a common fault it makes the part itself cheap to buy and cheap to get fitted. it isnt something you can do your self as you need specialist tools to take the phone apart and to fit the data ribbon.

if you want it repaired the cheapest place would be one of those small independent phone shops as the bigger one will have to send it off and you will be charged extra for this, the smaller phone shop should be able to fix it whilst you wait or the next day at the latest.

its up to you if you think the phone is worth getting fixed then it wont cost much to get done.

There wil an function called as DROP CALLER, select it it shows the list of callers online so select the person you want to drop.They will be dropped.

this is not a problem,

you have some built-in profiles, 6 presets including standard, vibration, in-car, browser, phone only and dc only. .

change the profile to standard, then your phone works normally..

• because the same company mobiles hav different codes to unlock.
• the call centter assistance will be worthy for u...the contacts will be mentiontioned in bill or in the guarentee card..........
• or else if u r in the guarentee period make use of it......

the truth is that you cannot unlock the phone for free.

You will be charged to get your unlock code. The only way by which you can get the unlock code for free is by calling your service provider and requesting for your unlock code.

If you service provider refuses to give it to you, then there is no other place where you can get a free unlock code.

did you put the card in the phone first and format it? It needs the phone to first put folders on it, then you copy music from you computer to the audio folder on the micro sd card

according to motorola, this phone has bluetooth and micro SD card slot.
if you have computer with bluetooth, then you can pair the computer and phone and simply send music files wirelessly via bluetooth.
if you dont have bluetooth, then you can buy a cheap usb bluetooth adapter from ebay and have a bluetooth enabled computer, then follow above step.

if you have SD card slot on your computer then you can get a SD card to micro SD card slot adapter from ebay or elsewhere, where you can simply put music on then card from pc and then transfer the card to the phone.

Your phone ear piece speaker may be damaged and needs replacing.
However check to make sure nothing was muted by accident and then try getting it to a repair shop or you can do it yourself, by just replacing the little ear peace that would allow you to hear your callers again. :)

if you haven't actually manually changed it, the password is always the last four digits of your phone number (ex. 1-555-868-2212 your password is 2212). If you manually changed it, you need to call your cell phone provider and have that worked out.

Either your charger or battery is not working, or then your phone is faulty.

Test the charger with a multimeter or try another charger.
Same with the battery try it with another phone or try another battery.

if those two don't solve the problem, then your phone is faulty, could be caused by a number of things of which I can only guess at in my position.

What can we do? Due to the very small size and complexity of the logic board in the phone there is noting we can do at home, if the phone got wet then maybe you can dry it with a heatgun or put it in a closed airtight container filled with rise for few days. it needs to be closed and airtight.

if the issue remains or its not of water damage, then if you are in warranty check with your dealer or contact motorola directly.

if you are outside of warranty, consider the price of repair to the price of a new phone, get a repair estimate first.
