i asume that you are inserting another netwotk simm. this means your phone is network locked. you have 3 solutions
1. have the phone unlocked by a local shop
2. have a special code calculated based on your imei
3. purchase a turbo simm seen a shop on ebay

in the settings option there is a restore to factory settings.

6233 doesnt fully support. Im also sufferhing from same problem.opera mini have an option for network configuration which appear on supported phones only which have inbuilt opera mini html.
