There is something lodged in your headset plugin causing your phone to think it has a headset plugged in. When talking to someone turn on your loudspeaker so you can speak to them. Try to clean out whatever is in your headset plugin. If that doesnt work open up the cover on the back and take out the batter, then there is a small round white sticker. If that sticker is pink or red it is water damage if it is white you are ok. Try going to your nearest phone store to see if they can help you.

Better try with a USB cable, connect your handset to the PC through USB cable and then try to send pics to your handset. Dont forget to install your driver software for the handset to connect to your PC.

The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.
if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.

Hi the only place you can get your puk code form is buy phoning your service provider this code is free and they will give it you over the phone some providers website give links to puk code but not all of them but contacting you service provider will give you the puk code this is the only way you can get the code let me know if you need further assistance ok

Do you have a 6102 or a 6102i ? If you have a 6102 then your phone isn't Bluetooth enabled, that means that you cant use your wireless headset.
