You phone does not support that app.To scan virus on your phone ,it is best that you pair it with your PC and scan it that way.

check IMEI no. in phone....enter code-*#06# a 15 digit IMEI No. will appear....if it doesn't then get it repaired/flashed by a service person .... if IMEI is OK then clean antenna connection..for this Phone has to be dismantled.better contact service person

Hi if your phone states enter puk code, the incorrect sim lock code has been entered more than the maximum allowed and this has locked the sim card. If you contact your network provider they should be able to issue the code to you.
