I somehow got the ALL caps to work on my phone, and now I don't know how to get it off. So when I text, it's in all caps! Please help!
I had the same problem on my Motorola C139 TRACFONE, and I just figured it out. When you type a letter, quickly hit the "0+↑" button. If you don't do if fast enough it will register as a +. But if you do it quickly it will change the case of the letter typed. To put it back just type the next letter and quickly hit the "0+↑" button again and it will change it back. hope this helps TW

i have a sim app. in my phone it gives me only a few tries to put in a 8 digit code to unlock the phone .where can i get a unlock code .the booklet says it's in my phone manual but where unlock code
You need to call an operator of tracfone and talk to them. They do everything through the computer and if your card becomes locked... which only takes like 4 tries... because i've done it... it will need to be unlocked by the operator... Good Luck! Talking to operators isn't fun... but it's necessary.

I have a W376g Tracfone that I left charging for a couple of hours, and now it won't turn back on. The screen says "charge complete". None of the buttons do anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
remove battery for a few min. then reinstsll and charge again

i have a tracfone and it will not charge...i have tried a different charger but it still doesnt work! i NEED that phone! now i know why everyone says tracfone sux! it only works for a short time...its a waste of money! they should just fix the problem! cuz there just scamming us...at least that is what it feels like! i need help with my tracfone please. it is VERY frustrating! HELP!

So you're having with your PUK number?
Try this (keep in mind that you only have 10 times try):
1. Call the network operator and request for PUK number.
2. OR on the upside of your simcard, there's numbers, enter it to your phone only 8 digits (keep in mind that network operator aren't the same, probably you must contact the network operator.)

My TracFone Says Service Disabled HELP !!!!
I did that to my phone and you have to call and gide some codes from tracphone to unlock it. When i did that to mine i entered something in the code entry mode by mistake and thats what did it. When you call they should give you a few codes while you are on the phone with them so have your phone redy when you call.

Invalid sim on screen
If your phone show Invalid SIM it means the SIM card is corrupted you will have to change the SIM card.There is no other option.

Hi, Click "Activate Phone, Add Or Buy Airtime" on the right side of the page. Click "Activate/Reactivate Phone" at the top of the page. Click the option which applies to you at the top of the page. Click the image of the Motorola C139 at the bottom of the page. Click "Submit." Fill in your TracFone online user name and password, then click "Sign In." If you don't have an account, click "Register." Follow the onscreen instructions for activating your phone. The exact steps will vary depending on your answers in Step 4.
