Have you tried plugging in an earphone in the earphone jack? If you get sound from that, it may be that your jack has an internal fault. This is a common problem. Sometimes just blowing out the jack with compressed air does the trick too.

Normally a drained battery would take about 30-40 minutes to charge, however if the battery charges in about 2-3 minutes or even faster (as in your case) the fault lies in the battery. If your phone isn't water dropped and is within the warranty period you will get a new battery. I would suggest u change the battery and check (maybe with another battery of a similar make) and then see the results before u could buy one.

There may be liquid damage present. First using a flashlight, inspect the battery contacts and data/charging socket for green mold/water damage. patrick this is a mic problem, did your device fall down? if yes dissambly your device and make sure if mic connector is touching main board, because maybe mic lose connection with board that why people are not hear, if you are not able to do this show some official repairer, but there is one solution temporary use headphone or bluetooth for device. My Story :) My mom dropped the phone in the dishes because she was drunk haha, I quickly took out the battery, but when the next day came by I looked at the phone and saw the same problem everyone here has. I kept replacing the battery on the hope it would just magically fix itself. Now 2 days from when it dropped in water, I kept flipping it, replaced the battery again (just taking it out and back in) after I sat on it a while, possibly the heat somehow helped it to work again.. I'm amazed it works haha, it was in the water fully submerged for half a min when I had to snatch it out of the dishes But, it is most likely that I took the battery out, the battery is the thing that ruins electronics, just remember to take it out if you drop it in water. Good luck. If worst comes to worst and your going to buy a new phone, maybe try using a blow dryer on it for a little bit **or just do this in the first place**
