Based on what you're experiencing right now, sound of the system wont work because there's no sound driver installed on your computer. Remember that performing clean reinstallation or installing new operating system will wipe out all files and data on your system. I recommend to install the latest sound driver that is compatible with Windows 7. Please be advised also that based on my research the manufacturer only have the sound driver for windows Vista.

--> Go to the audio section. --> Then choose your operating system. --> Download the driver, install it, then restart your computer.

Are all the drivers for your sound cards updated and installed properly? Check the device manager to see if anything needs to be updated/reinstalled.

Download the required drivers and first make a CD of of it. So whenever you require them you can have it through the CD.
After making a disk you can install the drivers and you are done.

order the cd of the internet from the lenovo site, or just find a copy of windows, youll just have to download the drivers from the lenovo support web site

Hi, Thats obvious when your battery has to be replaced. It happens to me too. So i'm running my computer with the AC adapter (charger). So need to buy a new one.

It should go to a page where you can download the driver with the manual. Instructions are also located on this page. Good Luck!

Shows a clear indication of the battery to be faulty. So in the first place remove the battery and checck the voltage, now keeping the battery off the laptop, plug the adaptor to the mains, Now checck the voltage in the battery terminals which is in the battery compartment. If voltage is present then the battery is bad as it is not charging.
However if there is no voltage then the main board has a fault in the charging section which must be looked into.
