Go buy a real camera because this one sux. That is why you have to pay someone to get info. another scheme from MITSUBA ! Don't let them **** you dry. The camera is JUNK! Used mine ONCE for 10 minutes and it hasn't worked since. They don't put a phone # or web site in booklet, because they know that it is a piece of kaakaa.

Forget the manual, the product is trash. Don't spend 1 more dime for anything. A rip-off product, you got sucked into buying. Mitsuba needs to go back to china.

I would suggest that to get a diagnosis of the fault that you take it to a reputable camera shop and get some idea of the problem preferable a shop that sells that make of camera

There is no software online, it was a 'one hit wonder' and it says the disc that came with it only contained drivers and Ulead Video Studio 7, Ulead Photo Express 5. Fairly typical on such devices.
