Toshiba Satellite a135-s4427 Boot Manager Missing
its not the hard drive my frined, its the boot loader it has been deleted or it has been compressed the only way to fix this is to use the recovery cd you have, to boot from cd-rom you need to go into bios which is usualy F2 or F5 key, then under boot manager or somthing is the primary and secondary boot, change the primary to CD-ROM, then save it and restart then it should boot from cd-rom then you have do a start-up recovery.

Lop top dosent boot to bios, after i attempt to up grade them
This normally happens when upgrading your operating system i.e. from windows xp upgrading to windows vista. But the problems is sometimes it can skip important things or maybe you skipped on something. A likely problem is it doesnt boot after bios because the booting order is incorrect. When you boot go to your bios. im not sure what computer you have so follow the guide on this site
http://www.whitecanyon.com/how-to-change-boot-order.php and the reply to this with your booting order! ONLY DO UP TO STEP 3! then if not already selected change it to harddrive but remember what it was peviously just incase this wasnt the problem. When set to harddrive try and boot again and hopefully it will work. If not then i suggest phoning up the company and asking instead of sending it to the shop as it will cost alot and they will take your computer from you!

I downgraded my Toshiba P205 laptop from Vista to XP PRO
Since you do not have the original restore CD more than likely you're missing the hardware drivers specific to the Satellite P205.
Have you tried:

Always stuck up or hang need to reboot again...
The most general way is to reset your laptop using any recovery wizard that the laptop has, pls read your manual.
When doing recovery, backup your important data first to another storage. ex: usb flash drive, external harddrive, etc

delete wireless connections and reboot, insure you do not have the wired ehternet cable also installed, and insure that wireless switch is off as well for now. when system reboots, turn on the wireless switch and see if the program for IP is corrected.

Where would I get a replacement keyboard for my toshiba laptop?
Look in your instruction book. They give the contact information for parts and service. Also, if you visit the Toshiba web page you can have all the necessary information.
In some of their models, the unit has to go back to them for service. When you try to order a new keyboard, they will tell you that type of information.

Blank screen
you can try pressing f8 to boot on safe mode, then try to set the video cards resolution to low, its possible that the resolution rate is set to high when the computer is booting normally thats why you get a blank screen, the video card cannot cope up to the resolution, or could also be the drivers for the video card you might need to reinstall an updated driver.

Re: Blank screen
Check the BIOS version of your notebook. Then go to support.toshiba.com to check if there is an updated version. Then update ur BIOS. It might help. If your toshiba notebook is a canadian model, then visit toshiba.ca/support instead.

TOSHIBA SATELLITE X205-S9800
This could be a problem with the driver, unistalling and reinstallingthe driver could probably resolve the issue. But if this doesn't help, there's an existing issue with microsoftwherein the webcam stops working or simply doesn't work after a while. They released a hotfix on their website that you might want to try todownload and patch your windowswith. The problem description might not be the exact same error thatyou are getting but it's worth a try. I've tried this patch on a numberof issues that isn't included on the description. This is also a bitsafer than downloading other patches from unknown third-party websitessince it is coming from microsoft themselves. Just click on thehyperlink below or copy and paste it on your address bar if it is notavailable.
