You have to buy the fit kit with everything, not just the earloop. Stupid as I just need the earloop...not all the other stuff.

Usually with these, you just hold the "talk" or connect button for like 3 seconds or so.

If you haven't actually manually changed it, the password is always the last four digits of your phone number (ex. 1-555-868-2212 your password is 2212). If you manually changed it, you need to call Verizon and have that worked out.

When asked for the Pass/PIN code during the pairing procedure,
please enter “0000” (4 Zeros).

Have you tried re-booting the phone yet?

Incompatibilities like this are common, but the fact it DID work fine is strange. I would get your blackberry, go into blutooth and look at your list of devices and find the headset, delete it from the device list.

Charge your headset fully, pull the battery out of the phone and put it back. Let the phone fully reboot. Now put your headset in pairing mode, go into blutooth on the blackberry and re-pair the devices.

According to the instructions provided by the operator manual...

"Connect the charger to the charging port.
- When the charger is connected, with the power on or off,
the Headset will turn off automatically, and cannot be used.
While charging, the LED indicator will show a solid blue light.
- The buttons will not function while the device is charging.
- It takes 2 hours to fully charge the Headset.
- When charging is complete, the LED indicator will turn off.

Pairing the headset with a phone is a simple task: just hold the multi-function button for an extra few seconds when turning the H500 on, and the blue LED call indicator will turn on. This means that the headset is ready to be paired, and can be discovered with any phone, PDA, or computer that supports the headset or hands free Bluetooth profiles. As is the case for most headsets on the market, the PIN code for the H500 is "0000".
