Dear Jose You may need to move a bit away from that spot.Depending on the design of the building,there are "blind spots" that prevents the remote from communicating with the Media Center.If the "no signal from Media Center" remains,please,check the back side of the PMCII and confirm you are using the right one for your Media Center.Region1 Media Center works only with American PMCII with number 27 written at the back while region 2 works with European PMCII with 40 written at the back.The remote can only operate a Media Center that is compatible with it.

Try the radio and auxiliary inputs and if there is still no sound,I am afraid,the audio IC may be faulty and would need replacement.Unfortunately,this can only be handled by a qualified Bose Technician.
