Mountain Buggy Urban Elite Double Stroller Questions & Answers
My front wheel piece came off how do i get a new
I called them and they told me the nut you can get at any hardware store. I tried. It's not easy. If you find one please let me know. The plastic cap. You can buy that from mountain buggy for $0.99.
I have a mountain buggy that needs repairing
There is an official Mount Buggy Spare Parts supplier and service agent based in Sydney, Australia called Karlisles. I'm not sure which country you are in.
In case it helps their details are:
www.karlisles.com.au
1300 308 435
Alternatively, a good bicycle shop in your local city can usually supply these parts and service jogging prams.
Hope this helps
How do you collapse the buggy?
Hi,
At the footplate, either side there is a black plastic button. These buttons are pulled up and the pram will collapse. Keep the wheels on swivel mode so that they tuck neatly underneath and then move the handle bar to it's lowest height, then the pram will fit neatly into your boot.
I hope this helps.
The brake has broken on our double buggy
We had the same problem!!! Unless you have a receipt the company will not stand behind their product. You can ship it to their main office and it will be fixed but they'll charge you for the shipping, part and labor -- not worth it. I'll never recommend this stroller to anyone -- it such a cheap brake design for a $700 stroller. Disgusting.
How do I tighten the wheel assembly on a 2005-07 Mountain Buggy Urban Jungle Double stroller?
This is a press or pound on type nut usually a one time use! But if you are carefull you can unscrew with a pair of plyers by turning both ways but pulling hard on them! Once you get it off you can put washers on the axle to take up the play. Then before you put the press nut back on make sure you didn't bend up the little pieces of the metal. They should be bairly slanting to the inside of the nut. If they are slanting to the out side bend them in gently. them tap the nut back on!
Urban elite 2006
My urban elite stroller brake seems to tighten, resulting in the extreme difficulty to flip the break up. I noticed that adjusting the wheel further from the axel helps loosen up the brake. I'm wondering though if there is a better fix to this problem.
The plastic joint that attaches
Not really as its properly attached to prevent it coming off by accident.
Contact them don't disclose about it being bounced about tell them they need to honour the warranty unless they can prove you did damaged it and it just didn't break because of a manufacture problem. But the cost it would take and time to determine what actually failed on it would be too much they would just agree to honour warranty
Don't back down on first phone call keep calling until you get some answers..
Hiw do I get the back off a pottery barn pocket watch clock that has no screws.?
With tread you see dents round the back cover, where an adjustable tool with three pins that could be adjusted to size fits in. When there is no such sign there must be a small latch where a very thin knife goes under and I wish you best of luck, not to break the knife or hurt your self with it. The back should also suddenly break loose. It is not for every body to try attempt this. Wear glasses and gloves. Look for the very thin rubber seal that makes the watch more or less water resistant. It has to go back in place and keep it on when you can.

I need instructions for Natart Rustico to make a crib and to make a bed All parts disassembled and mixed A parts list for each would be great also
I'm sorry, but I don't have access to specific assembly instructions or parts lists for the Natart Rustico crib and bed. However, I can provide you with some general guidance on assembling cribs and beds based on common practices. Please note that these instructions are general, and you should refer to the specific assembly manual that came with your Natart Rustico furniture for accurate details.
General Steps for Assembling a Crib:
- Sort and Identify Parts:
- Lay out all the disassembled parts and sort them according to their shapes and sizes. Identify key components, such as crib sides, mattress support, hardware, and any decorative elements.
- Follow the Manual:
- Refer to the assembly manual that came with your Natart Rustico crib for specific instructions. The manual typically includes step-by-step guidance and illustrations.
- Assemble the Frame:
- Start by assembling the main frame of the crib. Connect the crib sides to the headboard and footboard using the provided screws and bolts.
- Attach Mattress Support:
- Install the mattress support platform according to the manufacturer's instructions. This usually involves attaching it to designated points on the crib sides.
- Secure All Connections:
- Tighten all screws and bolts securely. Ensure that the crib is stable and does not wobble.
- Install Drop-Side Mechanism (if applicable):
- If the crib has a drop-side, follow the instructions carefully to install the mechanism securely.
General Steps for Assembling a Bed:
- Identify Parts:
- Lay out all the parts for the bed and identify the headboard, footboard, side rails, support slats, and any additional components.
- Follow the Manual:
- Use the assembly manual provided by Natart for specific instructions. Follow the steps outlined in the manual for your particular bed model.
- Assemble the Frame:
- Begin by connecting the headboard and footboard using the provided screws and bolts. Attach the side rails to complete the basic frame.
- Attach Support Slats:
- Install the support slats according to the manufacturer's instructions. The slats typically provide support for the mattress.
- Secure All Connections:
- Ensure that all screws and bolts are tightened securely. Check the stability of the bed frame.
- Attach Additional Components (if applicable):
- If there are additional components, such as decorative elements or storage features, attach them according to the instructions.
Parts List:
For a precise parts list, please refer to the assembly manual that came with your Natart Rustico crib and bed. The manual should include a detailed list of all components with corresponding part numbers.
If you do not have the assembly manual, you may contact Natart directly or check their official website for customer support. They should be able to provide you with a replacement manual or offer guidance on assembly.
Always follow safety guidelines when assembling furniture, and if you're unsure or uncomfortable with any step,
