I can't seem to see a darn thing , the lens cap is
Telescopes have a VERY small field of view. You must be pointed directly at the object. Why not practice focusing during the day time on a distant object, and then try for a large target like the moon at night.

I cant see anything!!!
Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope. DO NOT use the 2x barlow if you have one.
During the daytime practice focusing on a distant object.
The moon should be your first night time target.

Ensable instructions, manual of use
Is this a small refractor like the picture? Meade has a very similar telescope with a manual, and even how to use it.
http://www.meade.com/manuals/index.html
Look under the REFRACTOR manuals for one similar to your telescope. They all go together about the same way.

My focuser ring fell of and I wonder where I can
To replace the focuser would be more than the telescope is worth. Never buy a telescope costing under $200 those are just toy scopes.
Try this one for your next telescope:

The mirror broke
Its very difficult, if not impossible to buy mirrors for these smaller telescopes, and even tougher to fit them! Your best bet would be to take it back to the shop you purchased it from, and if its under warranty, make a warranty claim. If no longer under warranty you may just have to purchase a new one. You could try a specialist optics (telescope or camera) store and they may be able to replace, but it would likely cost you as much for the repair as a new one.

No manual
Small telescopes like your scope do not come with manuals.
Go to www.cloudynights.com and read the forums, or post your specific questions.
Also try to find a local astronomy club that can help you with the telescope.

I have a vivitar telescope and lost the instructions.
You did not say what model or type of telescope you have-- most of the Vivitars are very simple telescopes --- they all work the same way -- there are two basic types of telescope:
Reflectors -- which use mirrors, and the eyepiece is inserted into the side of the tube
Refractors - these "look" like a telescope-- and use a lens in the front and an eyepiece in the back.
Meade maintains a web site for all of their telescopes. Look here and download one that is similar to your telescope under Refractors or Reflectors.

No Manual
You did not say what model or type of telescope--
Here is the Meade telescope web site, look around under REFRACTORS or REFLECTORS for one that is similar to your telescope -- the manuals are a free download. Most telescopes are assembled in a similar fashion --- and the manuals also have suggestions for using the telescope.
