Cannot open the cd changer
If you can hear the motor and see that it is trying to open, it may need a very gentle pry with a plastic butter knife.---------
The drawer is just getting stuck, gently try to pry it out towards you with thin knife.insert knife then press the eject button and it shout open the drawer. but if that is not ejecting then unit has to be disassembled and drawer has to be manually pushed out to- open position.---------

Cd door won't open
hello try this disconnect from ac outlet wait 1 or 2 mins and before you connect again push the power button hold it and connect see what happnes...you problem actually lies on faulty switch door....saludos
Can't heat radio
Hi There Laura,
For you to get radio reception then you will need an aerial...
The FM stations are very weak and thus need a good long aerial to collect these weak signals.
Some receivers need the aerial to be a "loop" so and on the rear of the receiver there will be a special two port aerial connector for the FM..
You dont say where you are but if you are in the "outback' then a good long aerial will be needed...
The same can be said for the AM radio signals these are much lower in frequency but still need an aerial.
There is a difference with the AM signals as they also need a good earth as follows.
On the back of the receiver there will be an aerial connector marked AM and it will show an earth connector and and aerial connector.
There needs to be a good earth connected to the earth connection and another long wire connected to the aerial connector.
The earth should be a metal spike about 500mm long driven into the soil outside in the garden
and connected to a wire which comes inside thru the window to the earth connector on the rear of the receiver.
The aerial wire must not be connected to earth at all, but insulated.....
this wire connects to the AM connector out thru the window and up to the nearest high point. Like a tree or a pole...NOT A POWER POLE as that dangerous.
When you connect to the tree use a piece of plastic rope or something to insulate the wire from what ever it touches, as the radio signals are not allowed to come in contact withthe earth until they get inside the receiver...
You can use a wire with a plastic cover on it if you like..
You may wish to ask your neighbour if you can look at his aerial connections and learn how its done...
He wont mind.... unless you are "outback" and the nearest neighbour is 100miles away..
That makes it more difficult.
If you get stuck ask here again and I'll pass on more detail for you..

This one does not have a clock function. It doesn't show anything in the manual about setting the clock and ours never had the time on it.
Cd drawer won't open
No, unless a piece of clear plastic is covering it. If you can hear the motor and see that it is trying to open, it may need a very gentle pry with a plastic butter knife. I do not recommend that unless there is no warranty. I would just bring it back to the store where you go it from.

you cnt do this on some systems you need to do it welst its closed
Why can't I play my cds?
'no rdy' meens not ready so you disc tray is stuk take it a part and dose it make a noise az if the cogz are sliping if so the lil band in side you disc tray has broke

this kind of repair requires certain skils and knowledge about the cd changer mechanism. Please claim for an in warranty repair or replacement of the system.

Are you using the correct format disc.If you are playing a blu ray disc in a non blu ray player the player will not read the disc
