Hello Joe Corney, Not giving a MODEL NUMBER makes this mostly conjecture... My personal experience with KITCHENAID does not inspire great confidence... (still REALLY angry) If it's NEW just ship the WHOLE THING BACK IMMEDIATELY... Else... Get on YELP... and start going thru "technicians" until you find one worth the trip... If the control boards have already been changed ... AND THE POWER HAS BEEN VERIFIED... repeat that process... Nothing about electric ovens is MAGIC...!! Pretty much replacing those boards eliminates the lock & Sabbath modes...!! If this is the UNIT I'm thinking...
