The defrost drain is stoppped up. The easiest way to solve this is with a compressed air tank. At the back of the ref. at the bottom you will see a hose leading into a drain pan.Blow the air through the hose and it will unstop the drain.Hope this helps !

Sounds like the evaporator fan is not running. Pull the inside of the freezer back off to expose the motor and replace it.

As the freezer is working you can probably discount that the reason is low refrigerant gas. The other reasons would be that the fridge circulation fan has failed. or The channel that directs cold air from the freezer is blocked with ice at the rear of the freezer. It happened to my GE and was caused by a failed defrost timer that was icing up the evaporator coils at the back of the freezer. Turn the temp control to max, does the compressor come on? If yes feel the discharge line at the back of the compressor, is it nice and cold? If yes you can eliminate the simple items, make sure all the fans are working inside the fridge and at the rear of the unit. Check to make sure the defrost drain/trap are clear. Let it run for a while, then drop the temp to the usual setting it, and see what happens.
