Turbochef Tornado EC cooling fan ALWAYS runs at full speed
What jim said is right. plus clean the front vent. take off bottom front panel and clean all the little round holes. also if its dirty inside everything runs hotter(which makes the EC get warm faster) and dirt gets on the little wire(it's about 4" long coming from the main 40 pin connector0 that monitors the EC temp(clean it). sometimes the fan starts to get weak and doesn't cool properly. also, unplug oven, take side panel off and clean it as well. there are vents on it that get clogged. while it's unplugged clean the inside. I use a paint brush and shop van. just be careful not to hit wires or knock wires off. this will all help a bit but that fan will still run a lot anyway.

7.Check the amperage. It should be under 14-16 Amps.
8.If its half of the
value or nothing comes then.
9 half value means(one magnetron is
working
10. No value means F3 fuse blown and check the cause why it blown(physically look at the transformers and the capacitors and the diodes that they didn't burnt or change their shape.
IF YES THEN REPLACE IT.

F3 code I have replaced 2 high voltage
holy **** that was a very expencive fix huh. I hope you spent the 50 bucks and have a service manual. What about the diodes, have you tested or changed those. That looks like the last thing i would change and there only a few bucks so i would change them at this point anyway. Are you blowing a fuse at all.
You need to narrow the problem down, not just toss money into the toilet replacing good parts. If your reading 15.1 amps then you have no problem in the high voltage system. Unless the amps are ramping or erratic. Your I/O board is bad if its reading 15.1 and triggering an f-3 fault. You said you replaced it though. Contact who you purchased it from and see if they will help. Its a $420 board and $160 for each HV Transformer they should help. I would guess that your I/O board it bad. You also said you changed relays. Did you change the K2 relay.
Hope you can solve the problem quick. Hopefully this helps

Smoke comes out of unit
If it's coming from inside the oven ,clean underneath the cooking stone, if it's coming from the side panel it's probably the mag transformer.

What means code F6
I believe f6 ec temp is your code. That means the electrical compartment is getting to hot. Most common is the fan on the back of the oven is weak and not moving the air fast enough. Also the electrical compartment could be loaded with dust.

Oven is displayin f1 blower and f7 thermostat,
Usually these happen when IO board is about to go. I have experience this . Clean the board and try to plug in wire connector back to the board. If it eke minarets or creates any new error code then you definitely need io board

Repair thermadoor
You might have tripped thermostat. Reset it and see if the temperature rise, if it doesn't then either the high limit thermostat is bad or bad SSR relay.
I can help you more if you know about electrical stuff.
