Does it never latch and run, or does it occasionally work? Have you tried pushing on the door? Does the latch make any sort of noise? Have you recently had the boot replaced because of mold? Sorry for all the questions in reply to your question, but if the latch is physically broken then it needs to be replaced. If the question is "how do I replace a broken Bosch latch?", that's a different question.
Check door switch. If OK then your probably looking at a motor control board problem. Ck connections on it. It is located in the back right corner of the machine. To get to it take the back off and it will be on the bottom left.
The E13 error code on the WFMC
series Bosch washer`s refer to a drainage problem, as you may or may
not already know. ( or in Bosch terms "pump time exceeded" )
Anyway, here`s the most likely way to remedy a E13 code.
If the tub still moves but it's just not spinning that fast (and the water is draining out), then that means your motor control board has just started to fail and it will need to be ordered and replaced to fix the issue. If you pull the washer out and remove the back panel, there is a control board mounted to the floor under the tub. This is the motor control board and it will need to be ordered and replaced to fix the issue.
