hit power then select the power setting you want to use 1-10 then enter the specific amount of time you want your food cooked for up to 99 min. then hit start you should be good to go =)
Hi,How microwaves are designed, this problem would be a door switch issue and a blown fuse. If this unit is new and under warranty returning as a DOA.
