If the fuse were bad, the oven would be totally dead.

You have a failing membrane keypad.
On this model, the membrane keypad is not available as a separate part,
so you would have to order the control panel frame assembly which comes
with a new keypad.
It's actually a pretty easy do it yourself job.

Next, disconnect the strip as shown in the photo below, then remove the screws that hold your circuit board in the old frame.
Then carefully (since the display is made of glass) move your
circuit board to the new frame, and reassembly is the reverse of
disassembly.

Microwave has power but will not heat anything.
If you have noticed that the cabin door is lit and the table turns, then the possibility of the power board working is a good sign.
You will have to open the covers after removing the power. Inside is located the magnetron fitted on the side of the outside cabon to radiate into the inner cabin. There is a high voltage that is necessarry to activate the magnetron. If this voltage is absent( must have a HT tester to confirm) please check the power capacitor for fault. You can test the capacitor and change if faulty.
Please also check when the relay click if the contacts give supply to the magnetron.
I hope you take care and precaution of high voltage/ radiation when the magnetron is on.
Hope my advice helps. please comment. Good day
Exhaust Fan Turns on by itself and will not shut off
Your hood TCO may be shorted. It should read normally open.
There
should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit
behind the
control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is
very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating
components.

This light failure often
occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament
shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first
unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a
failure on the controller.
The lights can can be
inoperable or stuck on or stuck in "night light" mode. Sometimes this will similarly
affect the fan operation or inside light, too.

GE Microwave oven vent fan not working
You are correct the fan motor is either stuck or needs replaced.
There is no way to do this without removing the entire microwave. In case your not familiar with how microwaves work, there is a capacitor that is very large inside and can hold a charge even after it is unplugged for up to 24 hours, please take action to prevent getting shocked.
JVM1750SMSS CHARCOAL FILTER INSTALL
I just installed a JVM 1540 with the same grille. I removed the two top phillips screws before mounting the oven as I cannot access these screw heads once the oven is installed. It took me about 20 minutes of fiddling with the grille to figure out (no thanks to the manual) that the grille needs to slide to the left to release so you can change the light bulb/charcoal filter.
Help
The first thing to try is a "hard reset". Unplug it from the power line for a minute, plug it back in, set the clock, then try again.
If it still fails, I would say you need a new keypad.
If so, I would suggest you contact Delonghi at the number in your owner's manual or
visit here.

GE profile advantium 120 display out, no operation but turntable runs when closed
Check for continuity across temperature cut out switches. Sometimes the connector (shovel plug) is defective. Next is the printed circuit board: (1) Look for bad solder joints and (2) check the MGT relay. It is on the PCB and has 2 shovel plugs on the top."closing door, flickered when checking the door switches" = Loose connection somewhere.
My microwave ge space maker 1400xl will not work and or turned on please help !
If your GE Spacemaker XL 1400 microwave oven is not turning on, there are a few things you can do to diagnose the problem and try to remedy it. First, unplug the microwave oven and plug it back in again to supply power back to the oven after a power surge. Second, make sure the door is firmly shut as the oven does not operate unless the door is completely closed. Third, check the breaker box to make sure the switch associated with your microwave oven is not flipped to the "Off" position. Finally, press and hold the "Clear/Off" button on the front panel if the "Locked" message appears on the display. If none of these steps work, then the problem could be anything from a defective control circuit board or a burned out magnetron tube. Either fix is quite expensive and you'll have to evaluate the cost of repair versus the cost of replacing the microwave oven.
