Right click my computer then properties then hardware then device manager then see if the sound drivers are installed properly if not installed properly you will see a question mark if disable you will see red X id disable enable the if the driver is marked with yellow question mark then reinstall the driver if the driver is installed and no marks indicated go to the speaker icon in the task bear and open the volume control and see wether mute is enabled if enabled disble them

What is the problem?

You need to first find out the model of you sound card by using device manager on your OS (assuming you are using some version of windows) The name of you card will be listed under sound video and game controllers. The I suggest you visit the manufacturers website to find the most recent driver software. Right click on computer and select the properties option. You should see an option to select your computers device manager. This should fix your issue. Be Blessed Kidromulous

Are you sure the sound is turned on? Go to Control Panel>sound and make sure the mute box is not checked.
