Bad laser diode unit. It either just went bad or it has toner in it. Must be replaced - part number:
It has to be replaced and an alignment performed. If not aligned it will not operate without throwing an error code.

Error sc 326 in dsm 635
First of all check that the laser **** glass is still there, I've seen a couple of machines where the **** glass has been missing completely and it's been throwing up laser SCs. Remove the laser unit. Clean all the toner and dust out of it. Clean the synch sensor very carefully. If codes continue replace the LD unit. They tend to fail on these machines due to excess dusting

that means yo have bad sector in your hard disk part of this hard machine can't read it easly solution for this proplem unplage power and data socket from hard and it's works but did't work duplex mode

Our Gestetner DSM635 jams every time we try to
hold the power button for 15 sec. for a system reset. Try to remove each panel that opens and check for broken pieces of paper Recycle the system by reinstalling the software once again. If you getting error codes then follow this We need to clear out these error codes stored in your printer NVRAM or memory! Shut down the printer and pc associated with it. Remove data cable and reinstall the software for this printer, press and hold the power button on the printer for 15 seconds, then reconnect the printer after software installation is successful. This process will clear the error codes that you keep receiving

Am posting again. I stripped off gestetner MP2501L 8 times due to problem ' see instructions on right side to solve' but same. No paper inside. What is the actual problem.
Are you in the Philippines? I notice that your copier has changed from Ricoh to Gestetner? We are a North American website.
This is a commercial office machine, and from my experience of them is that on the right side you will see on the inside, a list of instructions for where to check for obstructions. It seems you have already done this 8 times! Frustrating! Try this;
Open the right side cover, unlatch all the bits at that side.
Open the straight pass door on the left side.
remove ALL the paper drawers.
Get a powerful flashlight, look in all the spaces you have just created, especially at the edges of drawers and paper pathways. You are looking for a tiny piece of paper that one of your employees carelessly left behind after a paper jam.The one I found was right at the back of the straight pass door. When a sensor is covered, it creates that message.
If that fails, Ricoh will have to come and attach their Laptop scan software to it which will tell which sensor is obstructed or has failed.
