Left earbud problems
Well, I had the same problem with the right earbud. Luckily I was under warranty with Target, so they told me to contact Bose. I did and they had me send in the headphones (to make sure I waas telling the truth) and about 2 weeks later I got my earbuds back. Their customer service is excellent, so that's what I would reccomend
My right ear bud cuts
It shows that there is a loose connection.
Take the item back to place of purchase and get a replacement. It should be under warranty.

Could be possibly dirt in Ipad headphone jack (common prob) - put a drop of isopropyl alcohol in Ipad jack - just a drop. You might also check headphones in a computer jack to verify if it is possibly the headphones.
Music was coming out of only one earphone and now
This can be done with some soldering skill and a lot of gentle work. If you are not feeling adventurous i am looking for a pair of working ear pices i dont need the plug or cord if you might be willing to work something out? or f you need more help let me know. n_raven99(at)hotmail.com
I have lost sound in the left earpiece. Are they
i think i might have fixed the same problem i had with mine. I took off the gel cover thing and put a tack or saefty pin in the hole of the gray speaker cover. pull the cover out and clean all the ear wax off the speaker part. it works great now after i cleared the ear wax from the sound hole.
