I'm not sure of the name of the parts, when the fryer is turned on flames come out of the bottom of the three front pillars? I'm not sure how to stop the problem. I've removed them and cleaned out so

Drill out all the small holes on the burners(pillars). Remove them by taking out the two bolts at the top of each burner.

Can anybody tell me what's wrong with this? Any suggestions please and thank you.

The burner or the burner venturi is clogged. The burners are held in place with 2 bolts at the top and you need a 1/2 inch wrench. Remove the bolts and lift the burners off the brass orifices. Make sure all the holes are clear. If they are clogged they need to be drilled out. You should not have yellow in the flames in the burner tube.... kinda looks like the are sooting. This causes flames to come out the bottom of the burners.

Deep fryer pilot is blown out when burners go out

Hi there. Hi limit may be tripping off due to high oil temperature (power supplying the gas valve is connected in series with the hi limit). Verify if the thermostat is not shorted, also please check the thermostat calibration if it is good. Regards.

The fryer burners and pilot works fine but when I try to turn it off by the thermostat the fires go down a little but won't cut off, what could cause this

Likely one of two things. The thermostat is stuck on or your gas valve is bad. Identify one of the wires going to the thermostat and disconnect it, if the burners shut off with the thermostat disconnected the problem is the thermostat, otherwise it will be the gas valve. All this assumes the unit is wired correctly and has not been changed. If your burners are not shutting off due to a bad gas valve or thermostat you are at risk to have a fire! Be sure to get this fixed immediately and it is unsafe to operate the fryer until repaired.

Frymaster pump and motor

Hi there.Filter paper may be clogged causing the pump motor to trip-off after the filtration of the second fryer, better scrape off any filtered debris on paper afrte filtering. Also oil temperature must be at least 250F or above to lessen the load on pump motor as oil with low temperature is thicker than oil with high temperature.Regards.

Gas is on pilot won

Hello there: The problem you mention is not that clear. The pilot won't light or the pilot lighted but won't stay on is two different problems. If the pilot won't even light or no gas coming out off the pilot when you push down the pilot button it means the pilot orfice is blocked and what it need is cleaning the pilot orfice. If the pilot light is on but goes off when you release the button then the thermopile need to be changed. Hope this can help.

SR 142 GP, flames shoot out of exhaust stack to

First look down the stack, with the fryer off, and see if there is something that fell down in there. If that is not the case then check to ensure that all of the burners are on when you turn the fryer on. If those check out OK then you probably have soot buildup in the burner tube. Remove the burners and clean out the tubes.
