Red wire --> Cap1
White wire --> Cap2

Remove the bean hopper and vac out all beans, then remove black cover, then 3 phillips screws, and top part of burrs should come off. Clean our chamber then reassemble. DO NOT TURN ON. Make sure middle nut in chamber spins freely, use fingers to turn, if not adjust setting to coarser, until it moves freely, then turn on grinder. All you have to do now is set your grind.

There isn't one, because your grind depends on the bean you are using, the temperature and so on. The best thing you can do is clear the burr chamber of beans, then turn grinder clockwise until you can no longer turn the brass fitting in the middle, then turn counter-clockwise to about 4 numbers that will give you a nice starting point to setting your grind.

Hello Philip When you unscrew the burr bolts usually you do it to replace them. The lower burr holder plate must be stopped from spinning with 1 screwdriver put in the exit hole of the coffee and touching the burr holder flaps (usually they are 3 flaps). The screwdriver will block and you can freely work.

You can't run a coffee machine off a generator, it draws too many amps, and needs stable voltage.

open the right side panel and you can see the heater of the tank, with that heater, there is a thermal cut out switch that you can reset by pushing the red button.

The oven should be connected to a dedicated circuit without coffee makers.

After I press "turn on" button heat light just flashes for a second then pump starts. Without any delay immediately after pump starts I can see all water running through 3-way solenoid valve to the drip-tray. It runs without interruption approximately 90 seconds until safety timer turns the pump off and "empty tank" light is turning on. Shut it down, turn it on and everything happens again.

is it in the group or in the hot water dispenser? check if solenoid open.

Most domestic coffee machines only have a small heater tank. I would suggest that after 5 cups, the tank cannot retain enough heat as the cold water from the supply has refilled it and it has to reheat again. If it wasn't doing this before, you may have to contact a service Company.

Is it constantly filling even the machine not in use, or just when your brewing, the pump keeps on running? If it is constantly filling that means you filling solenoid valve are mechanically open already. if only when brewing, check you water level sensors.

is it leaking on the side of the portafilter or what you mean is the dose is short? if dose is short, you can calibrate by pressing the fifth button on that group about 5 sec. then it will blink. prepare you grind in the portafilter then put it in the group. brew with the appropriate button the manually stop at the right level or quantity in the cup. you can do this with all the doses you require. Now by pressing the fifth button again 5 sec. you can exit programming mode.

if you remove the drain tray, there is another plastic cover with screws. remove that too. inside on the right side you will see a black box with a yellow round cap. peel the cap off then you can see a screw. there is also a label that describe the direction of rotation. adjust it there. this is to adjust the pressure of steam. as your machine is increasing steam pressure, it also increases the water temp.

yes, just behind the tap there is a mixing valve that you can adjust to mix steam and water. this steam is the one making your water hot. open the top cover behind the tap and follow the pipe. there you will see it and adjust.
