WHEN ON HEATING THE INSIDE UNIT BLOWS GOOD, BOTH GREEN LIGHTS ARE ON AND IT DOESNT SHUT OFF, THE OUTSIDE UNIT FAN IS RUNNING AND THE HI AND LOW SIDE PIPING GOING TO THE LINE SETS ARE HOT
