yo tengo un reproductor kenwood kdc-mp2035cr pero este no me reproduce nada solo me sale un mensaje que dice protect y no me deja hacer nada ni colocarle nada por el auxiliar

Mine started to do the same thing and they said it was going into a power save mode and that I would just have to replace it :(

Disconnect the power, check your speaker wire connections behind the stereo and at the speakers. Reconnect the power and test.

In standby mode press Menu botton at least one second, "MENU" is displayed, with the control knob push towards FM or AM and look for "AUX OFF" item, then push toward > to select "AUX ON1", to exit press Menu botton. After this procedure the auxiliary input should be available as a sound source.

make sure that the power output is enabled. this will turn on you internal amp. I have the same unit and I fouund this to be a problem. If this does not work your out put amps might be fried. good luck.

if it plays then its bad, u need a new one

if it dosnt play then try the fuses

Normally on Kenwood, blue is not usually used, it's for power antennae, make sure it's end is not bare though. Yellow would be to a continuous 12volt+, for memory. Red goes to accessory, (+12volt) where only power when key on, or in accessory position.

try putting the radio in standby mode and then go into the menu. If you scroll through the menu you may have an option to turn aux on and off.
