Hold the power down and press the -volume button down to reboot

Press the sync buttom if there is one on the speaker or make sure it's charged and turned on. Turn bluetooth off and on again and it should see available devices. If not goto setting of tablet find bluetooth and scan for sevices while speaker is in sync mode. Pair and connect. Enjoy the tunes.

You might try a download manager. I use Folx for Mac but I am pretty sure they have one for Windows too. There is a free version and a Pro version. I have used it for over a year wth good results.

Hold power button until it shuts down then re-start.

Just hold down the power button and volume down while its plugged in for about 20 seconds or so. Then hit your power button once to see if it is charging now.

Hold the power button down and the volume button down until the icon comes up then a menu will come up choose factor restore. If you still have problem let me know
