CRT Board, could be a cold solder joint on Green Out

Drive , CRT socket or from the Jungle IC that

drives the Green Video Out Transistors

If you are in Mumbai, get down at Mumbai Central Rly stn. The electronics market is close by. Show the old remote and get
a similar remote. It may not cost more than Rs. 120/= . Price may vary place to place.

Try calling the customer service number on the back of the set.

Make sure you are matching the colors properly ie a yellow cable can only go into a yellow hole---not a green one and etc. It could be the cables themselves if you are matching colors exactly or it could be the dvd player itself of the television (not likely).

Failure of vertical output. Check vertical output components.

You have to check the modulator setting (menu 6 1 5 ) if tv 2 is set for air then tv needs to be on 60 cable it is 73. check tv2 if it goes to 73 and the modulator is set for 60 change modulator to cable 73 and tv should work fine

This is not a simple fix. You will need a new module to fix. I would wait for the warranty repair.
call them everyday; it usually gets them there faster.

I can't say enough about bad capacitors.I have not repaired this particular model,But I will tell you this. This brand of TV is manufactured with under sized capacitors. They are are small and rated at 85 degrees. If you have a cap checker you can find these. There are about 8 or 9 bad caps here. Half may be located near the vertical IC. The rest in the horizontal section and may be the standby circuit! I would replace them with a high temp cap at 105 degrees and with the same Microfaret and voltage. Good Luck and thanks for asking!

Vertical Ic collapsed need to be replaced

that is usaually a component in side the board called a capacitor that bursts due to high voltages passing thru it. so u will need a technician to replace it for you at a cost
