GE TV set has picture but no sound model GE09GP106
If the set has a headphone jack, have you tried plugging in a set of headphones?
If the sound works on the headphones, you may have a bad internal speaker.
If you don't get any sound in the headphones, the audio amplifier may have failed as it drives both the headphone jack & speaker.

Los menus que te aparecen
Sharp 48=0(8)+u(40)
Brt 132=o(68)+u(64)
Cnt 84=o(6)+u(78)
Clr 60=o(8)+u(52)
Tnt 62=o(30)+u(32)
Son para calibrar a tu televisor, serian brillo, nitidez, contraste, color y tnt que es un ajuste para los televisores que son NTCS o sea los que se usan aca en EEUU.
Para sacar eso de tu pantalla, anda al frente de tu tv y presiona MENU y ahi lo sacas.
Tambien en ese menu, fijate que este la opcion CABLE seleccionada en vez de TV o AIR
Para conseguir eso tenes que luego de apretar menu, ir buscando las opciones que te digo y ver de que queden seteadas.
Sino tenes la tecla menu en tu tv.
Apreta tv en tu control remoto y luego MENU y hacelo desde ahi.
No te impacientes que lo vamos a resolver.

What makes you think its the flyback/ Most likely its something in the start up circuitry voltage regulator or Horizontal output transistor.What model do you have?

The set is probably in the wrong mode* ie* video. you will need a remote if there is no menu button on the front of the tv. "Some of these remotes are proprietary to the set". If you can get the menu select cable and have the set search channels.
Can you cast or mirror with this TV from Android device
Yes you can

You give zero clue of the devices. all questions need 'make model (what it is)' and in you case you need TWO of those.
