The copier shuts down when trying to print
Look for the error code, that would lead you to the problem area, most likely the fuser assy. needs to be replaced. Do this, Press;
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS,
press 2 and 8 (together),
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS again,
You should now be in Service mode, if not hit CLEAR twice then repeat the steps above.
press COPIER,
press ERR
the one listed at the top is the error code.(write it down)
You can try clearing the code then reboothing the machine with the right side switch and it might work.
This is how you clear the code, follow all the steps above except the last one (ERR) instead select FUNCTION above then CLEAR then ERR. Turn the machine off then back on again.
If that does not help and you are still having the same problem, you could either call Canon with a service call, call a local technician or get yourself a service manual and with the error code you wrote down above try looking it up or contact us again with the error code. Good luck.

CODE E000732-001
Could be a couple of things, either the cable that goes between the scanner and copier is loose, or swapped around. That can be replaced if it's broken. Part number is FG6-4985-020. Failing that, it will be the one of the main boards. DC controller, main controller, or reader controller. You will need to get a technician in for that.

Canon IR C3220 cannot print multiple pages..ONLY able to print one page
The answer depends upon the printer controller that your 3220 has.
There are at least 3 controllers & probably twice as many versions for the assorted printer controllers.
The key is do you have a Fiery (Little white box hanging on the back) or does the network connect directly into the NIC on the upper left corner of the copier.
Drivers with -C1 or -C2 connote a Fiery printer driver.
I would advise using the PS drivers if this is the case as the Fiery is much better at PS than PCL.
Another way to tell if Fiery is on copier is scroll to right on LCD panel & see if there is a "Printer" screen. If so you can go in to "functions" "Print Pages" & print a "Configuration" page. this will show you the network ip#. Put the # in your web browser (no http:// etc needed) & you can download the correct drivers for Mac / PC right from the device. If no Fiery is on the device stick with PCL5C drivers as they are usually the best for Canon PDL board print controllers.

Paper not feeding through sorter portion of copier
Where exactly is it jamming?. type of paper,2-sided only?
1. First unplug from wall for 20 min.
2. clean the rollers with alcohol, or electronic cleaner. NOT CONTACT
CLEANER, Rubber rejuvenator. If your are a Print Shop use blanket wash. especially the two long rollers between the sorter and copier. Use
canned air to blow dust from all all parts especially sensors. If this only works for awhile you may need to replace rollers. If no paper at all enters the sorter it has to be a stuck paper. somewhere.

I have installed the drivers
Enter the device IP into your web browser. This shoudl load its web management interface. If it does not, you have an IP connectivity issue. You must power cycle the unit after changing IP settings.
press additional functions, report settings, network, user data list, yes. Check to see if DHCP is enabled. If it is, the IP displayed in the report may not be correct. DHCP should be off in most cases. Verify IP shown here.
Double check for link lights on the network cable.
