The simplest solution is to search on the internet for your solution.
Try first of all on the website of the manufacturer of your webcam.
Maybe they have the relevant drivers or software for you to download?
Or use a search engine and search using your manufaturer and model number as your search terms.
This may bring up some relevant links for you?
What I have found is that you DON'T necessarily need the software for Webcams. Just the driver will do the job.
Then just install the driver plug in your webcam and hopefully your computer will do the rest. :)
We have an A OPEN AX4BS PRO and want to find out
Any AGP card will do. But , since this is a very old and slow motherboard, you will not see the power of the latest video card models so pick an older, cheaper one like

Can't remove cover from an awrdacpi computer
Your best bet is to take the computer in to Best Buy, or a computer shop and ask them. They're usually more than happy to show you. There are different mechanical ways the covers are attached, but most of them have either a movable metal latch, or 2 to 4 screws holding the cover on. I have no idea what a awrdacpi computer uses on their covers, but a computer tech should be able to show you just by looking. Good luck.
Overclocking aopenax4b-533 mobo
In some motherboards, you can increase the multiplier, which will increase your processor speed.(Briefly, Processor Speed = FSB x Multiplier) You can also increase the chipset, memory, and CPU voltage, which will sometimes allow you to have a higher FSB. There are other settings such as PCI Bus and AGP Bus, you generally don't want to touch those, either they might put risk to your PC, or that they won't make much difference in performance. Be careful when you overclock because you can really damage your computer that way.
Anyway to change agp voltage on ax4b-533
No, the AGP bus voltage cannot be changed. The AGP voltage is set from the facotry, and if you want a different AGP voltage, you'll need to get a different motherboard.
Furst thing to leard basics I do not know whatb
I would start at Borders (or another local book store) and find a beginners book on computers. "Computers for Dummies" (I'm not calling you a name, that is the title) or the "Getting StartED with..." series. Some computer stores will also offer you a class with the basics for a fee.
Light is flashing green, however monitor won't come on
Considering the electric factor, I would think that your video my be the problem on your PC. Is it on-board video, integrated in the motherboard? Does your PC beep several times or buzz several time when you first power it up? I just fixed someones PC today that was doing the very same thing, it was indeed the on-board video. Hopefully your mobo has a PCI-E or AGP expansion slot on it. Some do, some don't. You could go with a PCI video card if not, but you will not see the performance as if it was one of the other two I mentioned above.
I downloaded a driver for my DVD AOpen
It is not a driver, it is firmware. Usually firmware has to be installed via a different Application. the OS should recognize your DVD drive/burner without need for a driver.
Monitor comes on speraticly and sometimes not at
zylphia, You will not FIX-IT with keystrokes on the keyboard or installing new software. Your LCD cold-cathode-fluorescent-lamp back-lit monitor also has a "switch-mode-power-supply" / and an on board or on another printed circuit board what is commonly known as the INVERTER which provides HI voltage 900vac to light the CCFLs so you can see all the pretty colors on your "LCD PANEL".. I suspect that your monitor has developed what is known as "thermally stressed" solder joint FRACTURE(s) and if left in that condition the unit will at some point in time fail to turn-on. Another common problem is FAILED electrolytic filter capacitors. To see just what one looks like, you should visit
www.ccl-la.com/badcaps.htm or query wikipedia for "capacitor plague" and read to your hearts content. Here are some other options!!! Pay some person a lot of money $35-$90 and maybe it can be repaired. Check to see if AOpen has a cash+old unit swapout for a REFURBISHED unit??? Trade in unit for new wide-screen LCD. Also visit YOUTUBE and view some of the vids on "LCD monitor repair" and "LCD monitor disassembly" FYOI. Read more of my responses to other people with same BLACK SCREEN problems. Hope this has been helpful to you. Bye for now. 12fixlouie north of Windy City
