Acquiring signal
Even with the antenna looking like it is in good shape, it still may be the problem here. Physical damage may not be present, but there could be electrical damage (power surge) or corrosion on the antenna if it is in a moist environment. A quick trip to a local stereo shop can confirm this as new antenna can be plugged in to the unit to test. Also, the problem is more evident when the antenna is mounted inside the vehicle. For best reception, it is recommended that the antenna be mounted to the exterior of the vehicle and have a clear view of the sky. Make sure that there is plenty of metal underneath the antenna and you should be fine.
I have a Sirius Starmate ST2. It's stuck on 0% updating. Any suggestions? Antenna placement a d connection seems fine
Hard Reset:

If you're unsure about which fuse to pull, consult your vehicle's manual or seek professional assistance. But thee following may help. Behind the glovebox. There's 2 15amp fuses on the top-righthand side. It'll be the left one of those two.

This suggests that there might be memory leaks in the Windows CE and Entertainment applications. Keep an eye on this behavior and consider reporting it to SiriusXM or seeking further technical support.
Remember that these steps are general troubleshooting suggestions,
