I also have a Mitsubishi T.V. I had a similar problem.I was told to get cans of air and disconnect tv,and then clean dust and dirt from the inside of tv,the tv works fine now,this may help with your tv.

There is some shorted component/s on the main power supply regulator baord to your TV. Work with main power board circuit is fatal to any inexperienced person, as 80% of the components at this stage will be Hot [electrically], when the set is switched ON. Without switch it ON, you cant check the voltages at this section. S, if you are not experienced to do this work, contact any experienced service technician to get this set repaired.

Go to audio settings window, by entering its menu options. Select the option mono to stereo.

II2 data bus is shorted. The set need a through checkup. It isn't a fault with power supply regulator section. Main board should be troubleshooted.

It sounds that LOT {Line Output Transformer} to your TV is faulty. It is leaking out high-tension voltages to surrounding components. If so, there will be crackling sound will be heard inside the TV. Caution: Never switch ON this set, till the fault has been rectified, other wise, more components will get damaged. Contact any experienced service technician to get it repaired.

As there is no Menu button on the front panel of the TV, you must have its remote control to select inputs.

The main system memory IC to your TV is faulty. It should be replaced. It is a very small IC, having 8 solder terminals, and can be located very near to the main system control IC.
