No power to recently installed after market radio
Assuming that you checked the fuse, is there any wires in the area that are not connected and can you check them for power? If not, ground one side of your meter and take a wire and wrap around the other lead (set your meter for dc voltage) splice or wrap a straight pin onto that wire coming off the meter. Turn ignition on and stab wires until you get a voltage reading. The best wire would be the color wire coming from the radio fuse holder. But at this point you need power so which ever wire that gives you power splice it to power input of the radio.

I cant get power is my harness missing wires?
Yes, your red wire is for ignition, yellow wire is for battery and black is ground. The red ignition wire is for the radio to turn off and on with the ignition. The yellow is always hot, for memory.

Pioneer DEH-P2900MP head unit
There is no power from the rca jacks. Option 1; connect the speaker wires directly. Any aftermarket auto manual (Hayes, Clymer) with wiring schematics will let you know what wire is what in the dash. Option 2; RCA jacks output to an amplifier. There is no power coming from the RCA jacks. They have to be used with the amp. If you chose to use the normal speaker wires, be aware that these radios do not like stock speakers or wire. If you take the time and money to replace all of it, the head unit will last much longer. If you choose to use an amplifier, it will burn out fast unless you replace the speakers and wires immediately.
