Motorola H350 will not charge
There is two way you can do 1) ensure that the charger have output ( use volt meter to check or use handphone to confirm ).2) ensure the bluetooth charge contact is clear for charging ( or use contact cleaner to clear ).if you have done this two and still no charge then the battery in the bluetooth may be dead. hope it help.

To turn the headset on (when not plugged into power) hold down the big
silver button and either the volume up or down key at the same time for
at least a couple of seconds.
You will need to pair it up after
that. To pair it, you need to hold down one of the volume buttons. In
discovery mode, the light will not flash, but will be on. Discover the
device and use the passcode 0000. Once done, the light will flash 5
times.
To turn it off, just repeat the turn on procedure
Hope this helps

It is hardcoded to '0000'. Nevertheless, you must put in pairing mode prior to pairing it with your phone. In order to do it, press and hold the call button for some 6 to 10 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit (it will flash, as if you were turning it on, but don't release the button, then). Then, within the next couple of minutes, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000'. If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode. There could be an indication of a connected device on your phone too.
Hope it works for you. ]
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Anyway, please let me know if you need further informations.
