Where is wep key location
WEP key is in your router's configuration settings.
in windows open a command prompt (search for "cmd" from the start menu)
in command prompt type "ipconfig"
Look for "default gateway" and remember the ip address listed for it
in your browser (internet explorer, firefox, chrome) type the ip address from the default gateway into the address bar. probably something like 192.168.0.1
once you access the router settings, the WEP key is under the WIRELESS section, called security.

Ryobi manuals
For which model Ryobi product do you need the manual? Many manuals are available here:
https://www.ryobitools.com/outdoor/support/manuals . Just searching for Router gave a number of options. Since most fixed base or plunge routers will adjust similarly for a given style, you should be able to find some information that applies to your router.
I hope this helps.

The SSID can be changed on the router when you reset the router. You have to change all of your wireless devices to the new SSID before they can work on your wireless system.

How do i split out multiple static ip's
You need to attach a DHCP-server to the hub/switch, and configure that DHCP-server to "reserve" a specific IP-address for the MAC-address for the network adapter inside each of the computers that is to receive a "static" IP-address.
For a DHCP-server, you can connect a "cross-over" Ethernet cable from one of the switch-ports to one of the LAN-ports on any "home" wired router. That "home/SOHO" router will become the DHCP-server for all the computers connected to the switch.

Forgot my wifi password
John,
If you cannot remember the password, then you will have to reset the router. There is a small reset button either on the back or bottom of the router. Using something small (pen, pencil, paperclip, etc), press the
There should be a small You'll need something like a pen or pencil to push it in. Push it, hold it pushed in for about 5 seconds, release. After that, the router should reboot and you can access the router menu by typing 192.168.1.1 in your browser.
The default user name and password depends upon your device type. If you are not sure, look at the data label on the unit. Google [your router name] default user name and password. You should find a result that will provide you with what you need to access the administrator menus.
Unfortunately, when you reset your router you will lose all your programmed information which you will have to reprogram.
Probably not what you want to hear, but you will once again have control of your router.
