Sounds like you need a service tech to check your connection out there. VOIP hates latency and if it detects it, it will shut down. You can go to PingPlotter.com and they will show you have to check if you have a good internet connection.

Once the internet is switched on to a phone line, interference can become a big problem and a DSL filter is necessary at every socket where a phone is plugged in. Some older equipment may cease working altogether even with a filter. There is a limit to how much stuff can be connected to a single line and overdoing it is asking for trouble. You need to connect it with your router using ethernet cable then check which IP is assigned with router and then type that IP in your browser address bar to enter into your device setup. Once entered into setup then follow the on screen instructions.

Enter `Admin` or `admin` as ID and `Password` or `password` as password. You will see a web based setup opened in front of you. Go to the Wireless Lan settings and then you will SSID so change the SSID and this would be your network`s name. Then go to subsection security and select WPA2-PSK or simple WPA-PSK then enter your desired network key. Once done with all these things the click apply and reboot if prompted.

Yes you can download the service manual from manufacturer`s website or alternatly you can also follow some youtube tutorials to do it yourself.

You may need to reset it first and then you have to see whether if its locked or unlocked...just in case if you want to unlock then you may need a new firmware to load in it.

You need to make sure this thing from your service provider if they allow their SIP accounts on someother devices or not otherwise you may need some more in depth reconfigurations.

Its probably be your Wlan is of G standard check if your router is a N- series one then you may need to buy a new N series adapter for your pc to make it work.

You can check the settings of router with below method. You can also configure it with below method.
Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. Then click on WAN settings set it as your internet service provider settings enable DHCP Then click on wireless and enable it. . Then click on wireless->wireless security->WEP security there is code password note down it or enter new password then save setting s and restart router. then you can connect wireless with new password.
