How can i remove standby

Resolve the issue.

Generally speaking, an amp protects itself from heat, shorts, overloads and operator exuberance by refusing to turn on or stay on.

Overloads can be from excessive periods of high output or marginally low impedance loading by the speakers; and shorts would be wiring issues or a speaker blowing up.

You should be able to feel if it's hot. WHY is it overheating? Make sure it has sufficient ventilation on all sides and that vent holes are not blocked by dust balls. Ensure the fan (if equipped) is running as designed (some only operate on demand). Clean dust and debris from it.

If the amp comes back on after cooling, you're lucky. They only have so many self-protection cycles in their lives so continuously resetting or cycling their power without addressing the cause can do more harm than good.

If it protects immediately on a cool power up you should disconnect the speaker connections and try it 'naked'. If it comes up then diagnose which lead(s) are shorted. If it does not come up the problem is internal and should be left to an experienced and competent hands-on tech.

Check for loose speaker connections at the speaker as a root cause for intermittent shutdown.

Marantz sr3053 stuck in headphone mode

Usually the headphone jack is like a mechanical switch and it's probably just not making a good connection inside. Use the correct size headphone jack and insert it then remove it maybe a couple of times and see if that fixes it.

Plugged marantz sr8100 into 230V

Hello
If you have plugged in to 230AC with voltage settings was 110VAC, the transformer has been damaged already [opend winding]. If the voltage settings was 230VAC itself, there will be no harm to its internal transformer. Anyway, open it, anc check the fuses. In some cases, fule only will blow out, preventing from furhter damages. I'm not sure about it, but check it. If the fuse only has blown out, and there has no harm; you are lucky I should say. OK.

What type of speaker wire terminals does the

Hello there.

These are blind posts (i.e the unscrew back) but will not allow you to unscrew them fully to use spades.
Only bananas (of any type) and bare wire (do not recommend it).

I own the same SR and faced many issues (even going into "protection mode") due to bad quality binding posts used on this machine.

For any clarifications (specific type of terminals) let me know.
