Try to remove the driver from Safe Mode (Press F8 before entering the OS) and then restart and let the OS to set it in VGA Standard Mode. If after that all it's ok try to install the driver. The last version is 197.13 from Nvidia.com

Ensure your are running the monitors in dual mode still. Open your Nvidia Control Panel and click on "setup up multiple displays" Then on right panel you should see where to select your option on how to run the 2nd one. You might need a driver update from Nvidia, especially if you recently took an update from Microsoft.

then open the pc case and remove the graphics card then start it up then reinsert it.. then reinstall the graphics driver.

You will need to switch out the card for a different one, or if your mobo has onboard graphics, remove the card and run on that.

I think the monitor needs a degauss.
mostly it will do the job
it happens because of magnetic reaction on monitors..

or the color sensor is gone....

That is because the audio controller is not build into the chipset. You would need to know the manufacturer of the motherboard and download the driver from their site, then install it.
