Back pack leaf blower wont run past half chick
Either your carb is still dirty as in has clogged jets or passages, bad diaphragm in the carb or you have the air/fuel needles way out of adjustment. Google what type of motor you have and how to set carb. Or even get a manual, that would be my advice. Also make sure you don't have to much 2 stoke oil in your fuel mix.

How to put a raw plug into a plaster wall?
It's actually quite easy, but a few simple rules need to be followed. The drill size will depend on the size of the plug to be used. The type of drill bit will depend on whether it is a wall with plaster on it or plasterboard, which will have a cavity behind it. If it is a solid wall, use a masonry drill, on hammer setting if you have it. For a plasterboard wall a wood or HSS drill bit will do the job. Once you have drilled the hole, push plug in as far as you can, then tap it flush with a hammer. Job done.

Edging a worktop
The best thing to use is contact cement or super 77 spray adhesive. Put either one on both surfaces, let dry, set it back on and use painters tape to hold on for 24 hrs.

Belt slips on Stanley belt sander model H-31A
On most belt sanders the back wheel or the idle wheel has an adjustment on it, loosen the bolt that goes through and slide back. Some have an adjustment screw that will pull or push the idle wheel. That should be on the inside of the wheel.

Try some WD40. I know everybody said to do that but the throttle has some corrosion on it or rust.

I purchase a Lufkin tape measure and now the tape
When you pull it out eightteen inches, does it feel like it's under tension like normal? Is it retracting like normal? If so pull it out hard, in a quick tug, you probably got something in it. It's just bound.

Rok power drill
Flame no, sparks yes. If the sparks are that big it's time to replace the brushes in the motor. it's an easy job, a hardware store will have them. Like mcclendons or do it centers. big box stores probably not.

Using a Chalk Line To Mark Straight Lines
When working on walls for floors that have very large expanses of flat area, without a laser level it can be very difficult to mark long, straight and level lines. There is a very simple tool that many carpenters and construction workers favor over the laser level, it is the chalk line (or chalk box).
Using the chalk line is very simple, you lay the string down on the surface that you want to level. Many of the chalk lines have a hook like piece on the end to hook on to a nail or edge so you won't need a helper to hold it it place. When you reach the other side of the area you want to level, pull the string taut and pluck the string. This will transfer the chalk from the string to the surface.
If you are using a manual winding chalk line you will need to roll the string back into the box if you want to do another line. Some chalk boxes are automatic and will have a release that will wind the string back up like a tape measure. The reason that you need to rewind the strong after every line drawn is because you need to reload the strong with more chalk. Its like how when painting you need to reload the paint brush with more paint when it runs out.
The chalk inside the box can come in a few different colors that are used for differnet purposes. The most common color is blue, red is more permanent so its good for a line that needs to last for a day or more, and white is good for interior painting because it can wash off easily and doesn't bleed.
