When I loosen the handle to turn my saw, the table is extremely tight and wont turn. It was fine when I put it in the truck the other day?

If it was fall ornot beaten by other falling tools in your truck and have no warranty loose a central locknut in the middle of the bottom to remove the bottom plate clean it from possible blocking dirty and mount it together again. Don,t tighten it to fast but so you like but just no tolerance has.

Electric brake stopped working

This can happen when the brushes get low, so check those first of all. They are at the back end of the motor, under the black end cap. If they are not worn low, then I would guess that it is a problem with an electronic module, but I am not 100% familiar with this model. Sometimes the module is clipped to the field coil, and some macines have it incorperated into the man switch or PCB.

Squeeeeekkkkks on start. Should I consider

If it were my saw I would use some WD40 on the motor armature for both ends of it. A light spray and then turn by hand a dozen or so times to work it into the bearings. Should be no problem to turn it on after that. You can always add more, but it is difficult to take any away if you have added too much. Have some paper towels around in the event the WD40 starts flying around a bit.

Looking for help scouts have a carpentry merit

The bevel is an angle fiding tool. it consists of a wooden section about 4" long with a swivel bolt at one end connected to a slotted metal blade (similar to a 1 foot steel ruler). The bolt has a wing nut and bolt to allow loosenig to allow the blade to rotate and slide to the required angle where it is locked into position using the wing nut.
The mitre is a wooden block with slots cut into it at pre determined angles. ie 45 degrees. When cutting a mitre joint the wood is placed against the block and the saw follows the line of the slot cutting the 45 degree angle.
Hope this makes sense and good luck

Bearing replacement

Do you have a small bearing puller or a bearing splitter? On some I have had to crush the outer race and then clamp on the inner one and pull it that way. I have also used screwdrivers (GENTLY) to pry the bearing up a little so I could get it with something else. If you have a tool repair shop in your area, generally they would not charge that much to remove and reinstall the bearings for you.

Have an old Black and Decker 7321 Skill Saw.

With the saw UNPLUGGED, check around the base of the motor shaft, there should be some kind of button that you can depress to lock the blade from turning. Then with the appropriate sized wrench, turn the blade locking bolt clockwise (it is a backward thread) to loosen it. Then simply remove the washers, etc carefully and replace them the same way they came off. If there is no locking button, you can use a scrap piece of wood on the saw table and push down on the blade to lock it in place.

Table and base not level (co-planar). Extension wings higfher than base as well.

Just read thru most of the user manual and they do not address this situation. Most major adjustments they list as Service Center meaning they might have to completely disassemble and find out hy this saw is not accurate, wish I had better news.

Bosch sliding miter saw,

Have you tried blowing out the mechanism with a compressed air nozzle? Frequently this friction is caused not by the bearing itself but instead by debris, sawdust, etc. built up inside the base of the saw. I'd give it a good cleaning to begin with.
If that doesn't work, try applying bearing lubricant directly to the bearing races.Use an extension straw if needed so you can get to them, as this is designed to penetrate where even the reliable old wd40 may not reach. You can find this a specialty woodworking stores, as well as some well-equiped home centers.
Let us know if this works, or you've already solved the problem...
