Sytem will beep every three hour or when we open the main door

Check batteries in patio door are in correctly and are good. I know you said you changed them all. but if batteries are in correctly and are good try taking them out again waiting 20 sec putting them back in. If they are bad or low most likely a bad sensor shorted the out. replace part.

System Low Battery

Response 1 is correct. If you plugged the transformer into an outlet before connecting the battery the system wont see the battery and give you that error. Should be a simple fix however. Unplug the battery and then the transformer, then reverse the process. Plug in the battery and your Simon should power up, then plug in the transformer. If this doesn't help then you should replace the battery. Did you buy the system from a dealer and have it professionally installed or did you do-it-yourself? If it was professionally installed have your technician come back out to diagnose/replace the battery if needed. Good Luck.

Program

On Simon panels, the master code should default to 1234 if it's been powered down for several hours (I can't remember how long, at least four hours, possibly 12-16). So, unplug it from the wall and disconnect the system battery and leave it for the night. Power it up by plugging in the battery first and plug it into the wall. Then enter the code as 1234. It should annouce that the alarm system is disarmed. If so, your code is 1234. ;)

When removing the battery, be very careful to not break the little tab that holds it shut! Can't stress that enough.

When I plug in GE Simon 3 panel it is already armed

Is your Simon 3 new or used? The default Utility Access Code 1 or 2 (i.e. the code you use when you open up the cover) is 654321, 54321, 4321 or 321. The default Master Access Code (i.e. the code you use to arm / disarm without opening the cover) is 123456, 12345, 1234, or 123. The length of the code depends on option 54. Default is 4 digits. If it's a used one that has non-default settings, you can reset memory to factory defaults.

You will need the installer code to change the setting. Factory default is 1234. press the up or down arrow until "system programming" appears on display. press "OK" and "enter code" appears. Enter installer code. If it accepts it, "access codes" appear on the display. Use the down arrow until "timers" shows on display. Press"OK". Press the down arrow until "auto phone test tm" appears on display. Press" OK". use up and down arrows to adjust to "off". Press"OK". press "Status" and "timers" is shown. Press up arrows until "phone numbers" is showing on display. Press "OK" press "OK" again press "disarm" press "OK" press "Status" 4 times. You have now completed removing the phone number and turning off the phone test.

I just bought a simon XT and the installer set up

He programmed the motion sensor as a type 10 or 13. You need to delete the sensor and re-enroll it as a type 16. 17 or 20.

I have GE simon 3 - Purchased ION MICRA -G

I'm having the same problem on a used Simon. I think the button is inside the wireless transmitter. It has a spring attached to it. Just press on the spring to send wireless signals to the panel. My problem is I press on the spring and the panel does not receive the signal, even with a $20 fresh Lithium Ion battery from Radio Shack.
