your microfone needs a phantom power to work,so your fast track dont have the necessary energy to make you microfone work, so you need to conect you microfone on a pre amp then your fast track, this is gonna make your microfone work like it shold.

The Fastrack only has one audio input signal to the PC. You'll need to set your recording software to mono, then you can add stereo fx in your audio software.

U need an external phantom power supply, they run about $19.99, or you can get a different interface which has phantom power onboard, the cheapest one would be the m-audio mobile pre usb but that would not work on vista 64 bit... best bet is to get external power....

As the Fastrack can only receive one audio signal at a time you would have to record each track seperatly into Pro Tools.

I'm guessing your mixer is a multitrack recorder.

Solo track 1 on the multitracker and playback from there into the Fastrack, with track 1 on Pro Tools set to record. Repeat this for each or your tracks on the multitracker.

When you've finished you'll need to align all the tracks in Pro Tools so they all playback in time with each other.

Probably your DVD software has incompatible OS, for example if your DVD software is for Windows XP it wont work for Vista. However M-Audio has released online Vista Compatible driver and updates for Fast Track USB, here is the link;

The axles may have substantial amount of in/out play, 1/4 inch or more. Does the axle in question actually drive the wheel or does it freewheel?It's a typical differential so if you get both wheels off the ground and spin one wheel, the other wheel should rotate in the opposite direction.The axles are retained by the differential assembly (inside transmission) so if the axle is truly falling out, to fix it will require transmission be removed and opened.
