Take it back where you bought it !

Go into the WIFI menu of your phone and delete the old connection to this device and then power the phone off and also the device and then power your phone back up first and then the device and then make the connection. Your phone or any WIFI device will always remember the old connection you have established and if something is changed; you tell the phone to forget that connection and power cycle both devices and start from scratch. If you have Samsung wireless and need to pair them, then select sound, addition setting arrow down to Bluetooth ( may not be visible until you arrow down). Follow those instructions. below this you will find how I set up old headphones. I have a Samsung SU 4K, I also have an old wireless head phones. I did not want to buy expensive Bluetooth. how did I make these work. First I purchased a digital optical convertor for $20. Since my headphones are 2 channel, I connected the base (red/white) to the convertor. Then I had to access Samsung menu audio. The Samsung TV has the manual built into TV terrible. Since I did not want the TV speakers off I had to find how to enable the output to headphones base. Select sound from menu , then additional settings , set audio format to PCM, also HDMI to PCM.
