Acer aspire t135 rebooting problem at startup constantly
I am assuming that it starts up, goes to the windows splash screen, the reboots and starts the whole process again?
Try to boot into safe mode: When you see the first screen, hit the F8 Key repeatedly, which should bring up a menu of boot options. Choose the safe mode option, and hit enter. If it boots into safe mode, I would start by running a checkdisk on the hard drive. Here's how:
Hit the Windows key and the letter R, in the prompt that comes up type in cmd and hit enter.
This should bring up the console. type in chkdsk /r/f in the prompt. It should say the drive is locked, and ask if you want to run on the next startup. Type y and enter. Then reboot. The checkdisk should run, and may be able to recover any bad sectors it finds. If it finds lots of problems, a more thorough diagnostic should probably be done, as the hard drive may be failing.
My computor cant read cd's
Well ...the laser in dvd drives has to focus differently to read cd or dvds. Sounds like the focussing on the cd side has gone out. Not really fixable. Buy a new drive .... 18x dvd burners are only like $25 these days ...

REBOOTING PROBLEM ACER ASPIRE T135
Having a constant reboot means u are getting a type of system error. A easy way to stop it is to right click on My computer click Properties, then go to Advanced system settings, and then click settings under startup and recovery. There about halfways down u will se a dab called automatic restart. Uncheck it, and your pc will not restart. Then click start, click run type cmd (open command prompt)
then type: chkdsk /f
then it will ask u something, type Y and close that window. then restart your computer, and it will check your harddrive. Let it do a scan.
good luck
Method for opening tower
Hi Bob, you put it into the Compact Flash slot. Do you have a wife ? with make-up tweezers ?? these usually work. no need to take the side panel off, you will not be able to access it from inside the unit.

PC has becum slower and turns off without by itself
You should, as soon as possible, open it and check at the processor's fan it should be full of dust and you processor is overheating and can burn if you don't act fast.
I personally had twice the problem.

I'm just guessing that your monitor is similar to mine in that the light blinks yellow when the PC is off and turns green when turned on. You might try disconnect/reconnect with both ends of the power cord and the same at the VDOCard. Make sure there are no bent pins in the monitor cord and it can't hurt to blow them out with air. If that does't help I would find a friend with a PC who can test your monitor with their PC. At least you will have a good idea of which part you need.
Dead Acer desktop
Hi, "No fan, no hard drive, no noise" means the motherboard is not getting any power which is kinda out of sync because you are getting a power on light indicator. To confirm if your power supply is ok, check if the fan inside the power supply is working. you can look at the back of the casing, if it is turning then psu is ok. Try to reseat the power connector from the psu to the motherboard, some of the pins may not be in perfect contact but others are that's why the led lights up, but the mb is still dead. Please let me know how it works out for you. Regards.
Hard disc
