My Ionic pro platinum (TA750) won't stop "clicking". I have removed the filter and ran it through the dishwasher but the dam thing still clicks....help!
It is the Negative Ion Generator and also the static charge that traps small articles. It is perfectly normal for this type of filter. It also lets you know it is working.

My Ionic Pro blades get very black within a very short time. I also smell this horrible smell similiar to an electrical smell. I cleaned the unit and it still smells and gives off this horrible smel
