Black screen with constant beep.

Unless you oddly have a key stuck on your keyboard (which will make this sound), the constant beep usually indicates that the CPU fan has failed and the CPU is overheating.. check that it is working ok and if this is not the case, please repost.

Does the monitor take power from the SMPS of the PC? If yes then your forcing the power cable may have disconnected the monitor's power connection from the main. Check it up by powering the monitor on some other PC. Your keyboard and the mouse may be OK. If possible take the power for the monitor from the wall socket, that way you can switch the monitor on and off without rebooting the PC. Reason is that the monitor's kickoff power requirement is so much that it trips the PC. Even 1/100 of a second is enough to trip it.

C18g-4oo mother board

Dear Sir; Let us stop the deceiving idea that a computer is made up of the Mother Board and some unimportant incidentals, like HDD, CMOS, BIOS, Power Supply, etc. etc. The Mother Board is part of the Computer, BUT NOT THE COMPUTER ITSELF! Therefore by giving us the MB information, it is like not giving us any information. If you want us to help you fix your computer, we must know a whale of a lot more than just the MB. So, if you wants to guide you and walk you by the hand, in fixing your computer problem, we need to know the following: (1) The manufacturer or the trade name of the computer; (2) The model name and number; (3) the indentification of the Mother Board and (4) your reposrt IN DETAIL of the failure, in your own narration, describing what happened before failure, during failure and after failure. Once we get this information, we will form a mathematical model of your computer, we will duplicate your problem and make sure that indeed this is the problem. If you have a problem finding some of the information, please get in touch with us and we will help you find said info. Once we have the cause of the fairure and we give you instructions, we will be giving you facts and not guesses. We will also help you by explaining the whys of each step. If you do not believe that we can take any avage person and train them to fix one problem in their own computer, just watch and see how easy it is and how effective. We do this many times a week, perhaps 200-400 per week, with a success of over 90%. We thank you for your consideration of our service.... My name is Constantin (arzconst is my nickname that I am known by while at work and you can use it to get in touch with me).

EliteGroup ECS AMD690GM-M2

get a debug card, put in the pci slot, put the processor, memory, hdd keyb, mouse on the place, double check it..turn on the power , read the last post code that display...watch for the blink of the 3 keyb lamp during power on...if there is no blink..then your o/b vga not initialized by the bios and (maybe) reading the other exp slot.
if there is a blink then check your monitor and cabling..record the last post code that display on the debug card (POST code display card), shutdown then remove all your device except for processor, ram, debug card , vga(if any external)...turn on the power again..did the post code is different or its the same with the last time?
shutdown, remove the ram, and vga (if any ext vga)..power up again (with only debug card and proc) did the code display the same or no ?
remove the proc and still with the debug card inserted in the slot..power up...what in the display?same?
you should be able to diagnose that..may be the proc (code 00 C0 C1 C2 ), may be the ram...maybe your o/b vga was dead..maybe your bios rom was still have bug (ECS ??=>does have a 2-3 years waranty..am i right?)

What is the basic code for html code for

HTML Background Code This article provides HTML background code - code for setting the background properties of an HTML element.
The following examples use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). CSS is the best way of setting the background properties in your HTML. It's more flexible than the (outdated) HTML method (more on that below). Using CSS, you can set the background properties of any HTML element. Plus you can do things like, specify an image's position, whether it should repeat, how it should repeat etc.
Background Color You can set the background color of any HTML element using the background-color property. You can choose a background color with the HTML color chart.
HTML Color Codes Use this page to get HTML color codes for your website. The colors are represented by their hexadecimal values (the most common method for the web). On the color picker, you can also see the RGB values (you can use these for the web too).
Example of HTML color code usage:
