Oki c5300 message keeps telling tray 1 empty but there is paper in tray 1

check the tray lift motor or the sensors might be dirty

Trouble with Oki B6300 drum/toner cartridge replacment. Can't get back into the menu to reset the printer.

Try removing and then reinstalling. If this happens since you changed the drum and toner, then the issue would be with the defective replacement. Way to test is to reinsert the old drum and toner and if this does not happen, then you know the issue is with the new supplies
