well what os are you using currently for example windows 7 windows 10 etc you can find out what os u are using by typing winver at the run or command line in the start menu

uninstalled the rom bad idea that.! why mess with ROM. ouch. test the PC on other BT devices, if it works then the PC is good. even a BT head set, mouse, or any other vast numbers of BT devices, (not apple sure)

Hard to tell from here but I would ask for a Service report or Sheet from the Tech.

1. • 1 Check which communication port and interrupt your modem is set to use. Typically, these are hard-wired selections on the board itself. You must now generate the proper initialization string for your modem to maximize your communications. Some of the settings in the initialization string determine the audible sound of the modem when dialing and connecting. More important settings have to do with number of rings to wait before hanging up, time to wait between redials, sensitivity of the modem to line noise and enabling or disabling the transfer mode of X2 or V.90 (the two formats for 56K communication).
     
   • 3 Find the modem driver that you are using and check that it is the correct driver. There are many drivers available based on manufacturer and model of the modem. Not only is the driver modem specific but also the recommended initialization string. Make sure your modem receives the correct initialization string in the setup file or preference window in the application that uses the modem.

Possibly a failed or damaged charging port (does it feel loose)? After that, charger may not be chucking out the voltage (19.5 volts)? Test with multimeter set to DV volts, with one probe on the inside of the plug ant the other on the outside.

Does the charger LED light blink when connected (sign that power is not making a circuit)

If the above fail to work, then the problem is with the connector on the mobo, this may just be a Charger port needing replacing (wired or soldered version), or the charging circuit of the motherboard gone

Start taking your laptop apart piece by piece and test it after each removed component:
1. Remove the hard drive and test the laptop.
2. Remove the DVD drive and test the laptop.
3. Remove the wireless card and test the laptop.
4. Unplug the display panel from the motherboard/video card and test the laptop.
etc....
Continue taking it apart until you have only three major components connected: motherboard (with video card), processor, and memory. If you still experience the same problem, most likely it's bad motherboard.
By the way, before you start, try reconnecting the memory module. If you have two modules installed, try removing them one by one and test the laptop with each one separately.

Scan with your antivirus and a good malware scanner.
Try Malwarebytes, its free and very good.
Also try CCleaner, clean and also use the registry cleaner

It sounds like an overheating problem. Try using some compressed air to blow out any debris from the ventilation slots along the edge and bottom where the fan is. Be sure the fan is in deed working also.

i think due to virus corruption it is shuttin down please install a good antivirus and check for viruses

see if you can boot into safe mode as the pc starts tap F8 - should be presented with a menu - choose "safe mode" from the menu if that works, then try a system restore to before the problem started start>programs>accessories>system tools>system restore choose a date before the problem started
